When a loved one dies, we find ourselves overwhelmed with emotion. In that cycle of emotion, happiness is one that often comes up. Often times we find ourselves feeling a sense of guilt for enjoying a life that the deceased can no longer be a part of. Happiness doesn’t take away from our love for them. We don’t have to be in a constant state of anguish to show we are hurting and we are grieving.
